Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Caregiver Readiness Passport is committed to making caregiver training usable by people with disabilities.
Our accessibility goal
We aim to design and maintain the Service in substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party item is perfectly conformant at all times.
Accessibility practices
Our product standards include:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls.
- Visible focus states.
- Semantic headings and labels.
- Sufficient color contrast.
- Error messages that do not rely on color alone.
- Accessible forms and quiz controls.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and mobile use.
- Progress/status information communicated with text, not only color.
- Captions or text alternatives for training media where available.
- Avoidance of unnecessary time limits.
- Accessible authentication and error recovery where practical.
Third-party content
Some official manufacturer videos or linked resources are hosted by third parties. We do not control every accessibility feature of those services. Where possible, we select official content with captions/transcripts and provide surrounding text that explains the training objective.
