Caregiver Readiness Passport

How It Works

Five steps from “this person needs to know our routine” to a clear, current training record.

  1. Choose the caregiver
Add a babysitter, grandparent, preschool staff member, teacher, coach, or anyone else who helps care for your child.
  2. Choose the training
Pick an age track and the exact modules that caregiver needs: device basics, hands-on procedures, or both, independently of each other.
  3. Caregiver learns and demonstrates understanding
Short lessons, then required knowledge checks. Wrong answers explain the concept and require another try before moving on.
  4. Track readiness
See progress and completion, and for hands-on skills, confirm you observed the caregiver perform the procedure.
  5. Refresh when it matters
If training content changes materially, affected caregivers are asked to review just what changed, not retake everything.
